Step 1: Cleanse
Use a cleanser that suits your skin type. If you have a facial brush, feel free to use it for a deeper clean.
Step 2: Exfoliate
Apply an exfoliator or scrub gently on your face. For exfoliators, make sure your skin is dry before applying; if it's a scrub, apply on wet skin.
Step 3: Mud Mask (Goodbye Blackheads and Whiteheads)
After exfoliating, spritz your face with a mist and apply the mud mask. Put a thick layer on your T-zone and a thinner layer elsewhere. Leave it on for 5–10 minutes. Then wet your face or fingers, massage in circular motions, and rinse.
Spray face mist again, and use dental floss gently around your nose and chin—you'll be surprised what comes off!
Step 4: Hydrate
Rinse your face, then place 2-3 drops of facial oil on your palms, rub together, and apply evenly on your face. Follow with your favorite sheet mask for 15 minutes.
After removing the mask, you can either leave the remaining essence on overnight or wipe gently with toner and apply moisturizer.
